Non Veg recepie - tandoori chicken



Ingredients:
Chicken 500gms
Lemon juice 2 tsp.

Red chili powder 2 tsp.
Curd as per taste
Garlic paste 1 tsp.

Ginger paste 1 tsp.

Garam masala powder ½ tsp.
Mustard oil 1 tsp.
Oil For basting
Salt As per taste

Method:

1. Skin the chicken and cut into required piece size.
2. Add 1 tablespoon chilli powder, salt and 2
tablespoons lemon juice to the chicken and allow it for half an hour.
3. Take curd in a bowl, add chili powder, salt, lemon
juice, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Garam Masala
Powder and mustard oil. stir well.
4. Apply this to the chicken and roast in the oven.
5. When chicken is cooked, baste it with oil, roast
again for 5 min.
6 Serve hot with onions and lemon.
